At Tokyo Game Show today, Bandai Namco announced that three familiar Nintendo characters will be playable in the upcoming Project X Zone 2. Fire Emblem: Awakening’s Chrom and Lucina are a great start, and they have picked a ideal partner for Xenosaga’s KOS-MOS. This isn’t too far off from the Japanese release, which is still on track for November 12, 2015.

This potentially paves the way for more of Nintendo’s own roster to join the fight. Now we have a lovely trailer featuring featuring Awakening’s blue-haired heroes and the lovely Fiora from Xenoblade Chronicles as KOS-MOS’ dance partner.

“Project X Zone 2” will be published for Nintendo 3DS in February 16, 2016 for the US and February 19 for Europe. Players will form teams of characters hailing from these classic series’ and engage enemies through strategic turn-based battles.
